The 25-year-old's linguistic prowess comes shortly after he gave an interview to CNN's Amanda Davies at the inaugural Globe Soccer Awards Europe in June, where he showcased his aptitude for languages, this time in English. His perfect accent led fans on social media to speculate that Mbappe's flawless English could be the result of artificial intelligence.

Not only did he bamboozle UK football supporters, who expressed their astonishment on social media, but Mbappe's confident command of Spanish also enchanted Madrid fans. As per Argentinian news outlet Pagina 12, the iconic forward primarily stunned the Spanish audience with his accent, which they claimed sounded oddly Argentinian.

Fans were gobsmacked and took to social media with comments such as "amazing accent", "does someone know his Spanish teacher", and "excellent level of Spanish". In a later press conference, the World Cup winner admitted that he started picking up Spanish early on because he always had dreams of playing for Real Madrid, reports the Mirror.

"I learnt at school. I wasn't the best in other subjects, but in Spanish I was. I knew that the day would come when I would play for Real Madrid, and I knew that speaking Spanish would make it easier to adapt," Mbappe said.

Madrid's latest galactico then gave a nod to his former team-mates and old manager Mauricio Pochettino for giving him a bit of an Argentine twang to his Spanish lingo, as many of them hail from Argentina, such as Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria, and Leandro Paredes.
